    Our Mission

At Unbound Horizon Outpatient Service, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and accessible care for those navigating the complexities of addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. We offer a range of mental health services, including counseling, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and therapy, to meet individuals exactly where they are, ensuring personalized support that honors their unique journey. We recognize that opioid use disorder is a chronic brain disease that requires a holistic, whole-person approach—integrating mental, physical, and emotional well-being into every treatment plan, including the use of SUBOXONE and BUPRENORPHINE for effective management. With the right support and clinical expertise, we believe there is an unbound horizon for everyone seeking a path forward.

    About Our Care

Compassionate staff providing personalized outpatient care.

    Our Treatment Approach

Our approach to care is holistic, focusing on the unique needs of each patient to support long-term recovery and overall well-being.

    Our services include:

**Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Therapy Programs.** We utilize FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone, Buprenorphine, Sublocade, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and other evidence-based medications to effectively treat Opioid Use Disorder. These medications help reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and support long-term recovery. Additionally, we manage medications for co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring comprehensive care.

Medication is only one part of recovery.

Our MAT programs are complemented by **Comprehensive Recovery Support,** which includes:

    - Individual counseling

    - Trauma-informed therapy

    - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    - Group therapy and peer support

    - Hypnosis: we believe that each person's needs are different; evidence shows hypnosis can aid individuals who struggle with tobacco use and other addictions.

Our goal is to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment that supports each patient’s path toward lasting recovery.
